2007 Production: Salangai to Salsa

Our annual production was in Oct. 28th 2007 at McAfee Center, Saratoga High School, and was attended by 1000+ audience.

We managed to raise about $35,000 for Udavum Karangal through this show.

Sanhiti

Sanhiti (confluence in Sanskrit) was founded in 2004 by three Bay Area Dancers, Janani Narayanan, Priya Krishnamoorthy and Roopa Parameswaran. Sanhiti has full scale annual fund-raisers that benefit non-profit organizations in the bay area.

Sanhiti's Mission

The mission of Sanhiti is to promote the rich and diverse South Indian dance culture in the bay area. Our main aim is to bring together dance enthusiasts and provide an opportunity to perform. We are delighted to present fund-raisers that benefit other non-profit organizations.
